Our Story
Built by operators, for operators
3P Ventures was founded on a straightforward premise: the best investment decisions come from people who have made operating decisions under real pressure. We built the firm to combine operating depth with investment discipline — and to apply that combination in a market most Western investors underestimate.
Japan offers durable businesses, defensible market structures, and founder-operator alignment that is rare in overheated Western markets. It is where our relationships and operating history run deepest, and it is why we invest across the wider region from there rather than the other way round. We invest here because we understand it, not because it is a theme.
3P Ventures invests its own capital and, on selected deals, syndicates alongside it through single-company SPVs. There is no blind pool and no committed capital: investors participate deal by deal or not at all.

We focus on operational systems that enable consistency, scalability, and resilience. Well-designed processes turn good ideas into repeatable outcomes and allow businesses to grow without breaking.
Product
We invest in products that solve real problems and earn their place in the market. Strong value propositions, defensibility, and customer pull matter more to us than hype or short-term growth metrics.
